Submission

 

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references if publication is requested. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the conference template and are subject to both review and editing.

Submissions must be original and should not have been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere while being reviewed by ICIBE 2027.

Page Limit

Paper submissions should be at least ten (10) pages in the single-column format, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages (from Page 11)  will be charged. The file cannot exceed 4 MB.  All submissions will be double-blind and reviewed by the Program Committee based on technical quality, relevance to the scope of the conference, originality, significance, and clarity. The following sections give further information for the authors.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. All manuscripts are submitted as full papers and are reviewed based on their scientific merit. The reviewing process is confidential.
For Authors: you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICIBE 2027, orally or by poster presentation. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline.
For Presenter Only: you can deliver a presentation on ICIBE 2027, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract is necessary to submit.
For Listener: you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.

Please upload your full paper or abstract to the Electronic Submission System after signing in. You should sign up for an account if you don't have one.

• If you consider both publication and presentation at the conference, please submit your full paper.
• If you consider presentation only without publication, abstract submission is acceptable.

Reviewing Process

After the conference group received the paper submission, it will be firstly reviewed for the paper topics and paper length. If there is no problem, it will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. The reviewers will judge the paper based on the paper topic, coverage, innovation, integrality, literary presentation, technical depth and English expression. The review results given by reviewers will be sent to the program chair. Then the review result will be told 3-4 weeks. If the paper is accepted, notification of acceptance and review form with review comments will be sent to the author’s contact email. Only accepted papers will be included in the proceedings.
 

Peer Review

All published journal papers are refereed by the international competent researchers and scientists. Therefore, a full double - blind international refereeing process is used in which:
• Papers are sent to reviewers for their peer review process.
• The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes / rejected.
For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.
All papers are refereed, and the academic editor reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
• Reject the article submitted or delete the article from published ICIBE proceedings.
• Impose a three years ban for the author to submit any article to ICIBE
• Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
• Report the authors' violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
• Publish the authors' name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution, and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist
