INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
There are three ways of participation in the conference and
their registration fees to the conference are different:
▪ Author (full paper publication and presentation),
▪ Presenter Only (abstract only with no publication),
▪ Delegate (no publication and presentation).
Please be noted that the payment of registration fee of author
and presenter only are based on the fact that their papers or
abstracts are accepted by the conference after review.
For delegates who are interested in attending the conference
with no publication and presentation, please directly register

Group Discount
We encourage you to invite colleagues to participate in the conference and submit original research to the conference. For group discount, please contact ICIBE Secretariat: icibe@academic.net
Note
1. The maximum of 12 pages applies to all paper submissions, and authors
can decide to submit less than 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and
references.
Extra pages will be charged.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers
get only one proceeding.
3. For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such
as Iran, please pay Euros
4. You can pay the fee by VISA/Master Card or by Bank Transfer
(please pay extra 30 USD as the handling fee when you pay the
registration via Bank Transfer)
5. Please send the required documents: ①final
paper; ②signed copyright form; ③filled registration form online;
④payment proof to icibe@academic.net
to finish the registration.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will
be refunded 70% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days
before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days
before the event will be refunded 30% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will
not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretary.
No Show
In the event of no-show, the author will, in all cases, be
required to pay 100% of the value (including VAT).
Personal Reason
The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could
not attend the conference is prevented by reason of
circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel
difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default
etc.
Force
Majeure
The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any
compensation where the performance of the conference is
prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to
“force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure”
include any event which we could not, even with all due care,
foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood,
explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal
damage, riots or civil strife, Informatics action, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or
threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic
and all similar situations beyond our control.
Payment Receipt
When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be
issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all
conference materials at the conference spot.Please offer the
right receipt information when you do the registration. If not,
we will consider the invoice receiver as your organization by
default.
If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send
you the scanned verion or post you the hard copy (You need to
cover the postage)
Disclaimer
As the conference area is public, in order to make sure the
conference can go smoothly and protect everyone's safety to a
certain extent; every author is kindly request to pay attention
to the below point:
Wear the name tag.
- The participants must wear the conference name tag to enter
the conference areas during the entire conference. Individuals
not wearing it will be denied entry.
Apply for accompanying relative
-- Participants are not allowed to bring their associates or
families into the conference areas. If you wish to bring
someone, please inform the conference person in charge in
advance to obtain a special name tag for whatever event like
presentations, breaks or meals.
Comply with local laws and regulations
All legal responsibilities and liabilities arising directly or
indirectly from participants’ activities during the event shall
be borne by the participants themselves.
Pay attention to personal and property safety
Participants should take care of their belongings at all times.
All losses related to personal property will not be the
responsibility of the event organizers and associations.
