The 7th International Conference on
Industrial and Business Engineering
The 7th International Conference on Industrial and Business
Engineering (ICIBE 2021) has been held successfully from
September 27-29, 2021 online. There were over 70 delegates
from 10 countries and religions ( Philippines, China, Perú,
Russia, Indonesia, France, UK, Malaysia, Hong Kong (China),
Australia, Macau (China), USA) who attended the online
conference, several experts in related fields were invited
give keynote and invited speeches. The in-depth discussions
among the attendees effectively advanced the academic
exchange.
Conference Local Chair, Prof. Jingzhi Guo hosted the morning
keynote session. The Conference Chair, Prof. Xu Chen has
addressed the opening ceremony of the conference, with a
brief introduction to the organization of ICIBE 2021 and the
review process and collection status of articles this year
and also expressed his sincere gratitude to the
co-organizers and warm welcome to all the experts and
scholars attending the conference.

sessions cover all aspects of Industrial and
Business Engineering, including Operations Research
and Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing and
Production Management, Constructional Engineering,
and Project Management, introducing novel
application fields and methods. The conference
speakers bring with them interesting topics of
Climate Change Adaptation under Disaster Ambiguity,
Low-carbon Technology Transfer, Machine Natural
Language, Disaster Management, and so on. Each
parallel session went through smoothly and a “Best
Presentation” award was issued at the end of the
sub-conference, with the support of session chairs.
